Responsible for: Leading the ICT strategy for cities and municipalities;ICT finance plans and budgets;Public seminars, events;Project manager for the VOLIS (service for the public participation and virtual meetings);Managing GIT repository for the municipalities open surce projects:Managing the portal for the data of the local government's ICT servicesRepresentative in different public and open service projects, as- Working on the proactive event-based service analysis for the local government's e-services - GIS service for municipalities- KOVTP and KOVTP2 (universal web portals for local governments)- Analysis project of the local public e-services- X-Road6 and DHX (Estonian universal data exchange solution) for municipalities- Universal platform of the ICT main ICT infrastructure for municipalites - Adjusting e-services for the Estonian Government Cloud- Administration of the feedback solutions for the local public e-services

Consultations about testing and piloting of VOLISsoftware, including implementing in Swedish SamiParliament

Technical expertize and assistance in setting up a newelectronic system for facilitating involvement of citizensinlocal decision-making processes in each of the 3 pilotcities and in setting up technical platforms in twoGeorgianministries - Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairsand Ministry of Finance
