Executive Member responsible for Partnerships, Communication, and Event Departments._Partnershipsrecently awarded Best Belgian Junior Enterprise and Best Business Approach, ICHEC Junior Consult provided me with the opportunity to manage partnerships with major companies such as PwC, AXA, Cream Consulting, and Arthur D. Little. These strategic agreements helped raise awareness among the most talented students while significantly contributing to the growth of our Junior Enterprise._Communicationleading a manager and her team, I ensured that both online and offline content precisely aligned with our association’s objectives. I worked closely with the Communication Manager on the editorial calendar for social networks, ran campaigns to promote events, and developed a brand-new website._Eventthe Job & Internship Fair, which aims to help students connect with companies, takes place twice a year. I supported the Event Manager and her team in making strategic decisions as well as in operational tasks. My main activities included budget management, implementing a CRM, devising sales strategies, and promoting the events. As a result, our fairs saw a 26% increase in attendance.Finally, the administrator position also enabled me to tackle HR, financial, and strategic challenges.

As Business Development Manager, I was responsible for finding new challenging projects and meeting clients' needs. We helped companies to determine specific issues around marketing, finance and strategy. Then, we tailored the missions our consultants will be working on.Besides, this experience enabled me to acquire new skills in prospection, negotiation, and proactivity.Finally, managing a team of five people has given me human and responsible experience.
