The company has developed a successful Case Management software suite targeting the public and private sector in Scandinavia in particular, and the company currently has a 40%+ market share in the region.As a Product Director, I was responsible for managing the companies outsourcing activities in Kiev, Ukraine, which included high-level strategic development of the companies Output Management product line, as well as the day-to-day management of the development team based on the principles of SCRUM methodology.

Nordisk Dokument Kompagni is a Danish company founded in 2003. The company markets its own line of software products, primarily focusing on document scanning- and document management solutions. Also Nordisk Dokument Kompagni markets Toshiba and OCÉ multi-function machines to customers in the Scandinavian region in particular.As CTO of the company, I was in charge of our development department and our outsourcing strategy and execution. Under my supervision, the company developed a successful and popular document scanning solution tightly integrated with multifunction machines supplied by OCÉ, Toshiba and Xerox.

Xerox Partner City is an official reseller of Xerox products in Denmark. Xerox Partner City primarily deals with selling high volume printers and copiers to companies in the Scandinavian region. The company also markets specialized software related to the use of office machines, scanning and OCR-technologies, Document Management solutions and Accounting software. As Head of Development, it was my responsibility to secure all steps of ourSoftware development, including managing internal and external teams. I was in charge of handling all HR-related activities, including recruiting and team-management as well as maintaining budgets and reporting.In addition, we developed a popular web-based SaaS-benchmarking utility that ensured our clients abilities to compare their organizations performance to other related companies within their respective industry across the region.
