Henriet currently serves as the President of Semper Vita Institute, a training company specializing in the personality and strengths-based coaching and training of individuals, executives, teams, organizations, marriages and families. Henriet is a certified MBTI Practitioner and certified Strengths Performance coach. She also is an ordained minister in the Free Methodist Church. Her passion is to unleash people to be their best.Over the past few years, she has also worked as Executive Director of Semper Vita, a Christian non-profit organization she founded in 2007. This nonprofit is still in the works. She brings over 20 years of spiritual direction and team leadership experience in ministry-related positions, and is an ordained pastor in the Free Methodist Church. Prior to founding Semper Vita, Henriet served as the pastor of adult ministries at Timberlake Church in Redmond, Washington.
