Project coordination of global tax and accounting compliance projects. Responsible for monitoring, controlling and managing multi-country, multi-service outsourcing arrangements delivered through the firm’s global network. Some of the tasks involved are as follows:• Ensure that deliverables are on track, proactively manage upcoming deadlines and anticipate when intervention is required;• Regular reporting to and meeting with clients;• Maintain issues log and resolve with clients;• Manage database; set up all projects, generate reports, ensure up-to-date, provide guidance, resolve issues;• Budget management; track budget and ensure project is delivered on time and within budget;• Contracting; issue and negotiate contracts and fees, manage scope change via change control notices;• Process improvements; come up with and implement process improvements.Some other tasks and responsibilities include:• Onboarding of new clients; KYC/WWFT compliance;• Tax deferral requests, monitoring, and support the tax team to meet deadlines; • Manage payroll clients, ensure pay slips and wage tax documents are raised correctly and on time. Proof reading and translation of Dutch documents for English speaking clients. Coordination of of translations of official documents to allow companies to comply with the rules of operating in other countries.

During this time period I was involved in voluntary work organising TEDX Tiburg and helping at the local animal shelter. I also started to learn Dutch.

Europe

April - October 2018, cycled 6,000 kms around Europe through 11 countries. During the cycle tour I stopped to do voluntary work in the Czech Republic, Germany and the Netherlands. I finished the tour in the Netherlands and settled here rather than returning to the UK.

Over 100 solar installations, 2 heat pump installations and insulation.• Simultaneously also coordinated energy efficiency projects in the most deprived areas in the UK. Including cold calling housing associations to sell our project and funding framework followed by client meetings, contractor engagement, site visits, carbon savings calculations, funding claim processing – high level of compliance achieved.
