I'm working as a HR Project Manager in Grundfos’ CFO area, where I translate business agendas into relevant people activities. I lead or assist HR programs, initiatives, and projects, including but not limited to talent management, leadership development, skills management, DE&I and wellbeing. All these efforts are aimed at contributing to Grundfos' mission to pioneer solutions to the world's water and climate challenges.A part of my role is committed to people projects and initiatives in Grundfos' global Information Services (IS) function (approx. 700 people), but my role also involves supporting a broad group of global functions within the CFO area (Finance, IS, Legal, Group Facility, Group M&A).
