As a new parent who faced the challenges of balancing a demanding career with family life, I recognised a critical gap in organisational support during such pivotal transitions. This personal experience fuelled my passion to co-found Parent and Professional (P&P Coaching), where we are dedicated to helping others navigate this critical life stage. In recent years, our dedication to inclusivity has expanded to encompass the journeys of other employees who require support and recognition. Working with experts in each field, we have published a series of reports and white papers to support diverse working communities, including raising awareness about menopause, addressing gendered ageism and biases, and promoting women's health in the workplace. I am passionate about /dedicated to assisting our global clients in cultivating inclusive workplaces where individuals can prosper both personally and professionally, a commitment recently acknowledged when I proudly accepted the 'Small Consultancy of the Year' award from Personal Today on behalf of P&P Coaching, celebrating our efforts in providing coaching and digital content to nurture, inclusive family-friendly environments in organisations. I'm also the proud full-time working mother of two teenage children.
