Copenhagen Marriott Hotel, AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen, and Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers with a total of approximately 1,600 hotel rooms. In addition, the Group operates some of its own events like the fashion fair CIFF, the bookfair (Bogforum) and Legoworld, and services like restaurants that help create value in the hospitality platform focused on venues and hotels. In Bellagroup I was responsible for the group HR-function which was established in connection with the establishment of BC Hospitality Group following the merger of Bella Center and Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers in 2014. The impressive Atrium is home to almost 3000 plants of different kind - a visual reminder of the hotel's sustainable profile.I was part of the pre-opening team 3 ½ months prior to the opening of Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Tower. My responsibilities included all manning of the hotel, development and implementation of systems and standards both before and after the opening. With reference to the General Manager, I was responsible for establishing the Human Resources function with focus on HR strategy and creating the HR concept for Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers. In April 2010, Copenhagen Hotel Management A/S took over the management of Hotel Vejlefjord A/S and I became responsible for all HR Operations in addition to my responsibilities at Crowne Plaza Copenhagen Towers.
