Loughborough University David Collett Hall Committee (2012-2013)• I campaigned and was elected by my fellow hall students to become the David Collett Hall Senior Sports Secretary. • I was responsible for all hall sporting events; I manage teams and the sports budget, am present at all fixtures, and attend sport secretary meetings. • I strived to improve the halls sporting ranking, aiming to improve each of the teams by introducing a more regular and structured approach to training. As a result, David Collett rose in the Intramural Sport rankings, achieving a best 2nd place. • This position forced me to work in teams and manage people effectively and has also proved my dedication and determination to whatever I set my mind to.
