I have more than 20 years experience in SW development, and the last 20 years specifically in Configuration Management, Project Management, team leading and change management. I am a registered PRINCE2® Practitioner as well as a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.In recent years I have been responsible for:• driving large-scale, global and cross-functional improvement projects focusing on configuration management, SW toolchain, IT infrastructure and release processes for our outsourcing partners.• acting as the interface, and supporting and maintaining consistency and alignment, between our outsourced and internal SW development toolchain and processes.• Teamlead and Scrum Master for global SW development teams.I have a strong background in global, dynamic and fast-changing business environments - I am a skilled communicator with an excellent ability to maintain cultural sensitivity and establish connections with members of diverse groups.
