Henrik advises clients in mergers and acquisitions with a particular focus on technology-intensive industries. My primary assignments were related to mergers and acquisitions, business development and contract law advisory. Together with an experienced professional basketball coach, we decided to set up a basketball club for children in 2011. We won the Finnish championship title in 2013, 2014 and 2015 with a team consisting of boys born in 1999 and 2000. Further, we achieved the second place in European Youth Basketball League (EYBL) in 2013, the best result for a Finnish.
I coached under 10-year-old children and thus, the main learning objectives for the team were fundamental basketball skills, coordination and agility and team work.
