Big Health develops a series of products to help people cope with poor sleep, anxiety and depression. Today, people have limited choices how to address a mental health condition. It's either therapy, which is too expensive for most, or drugs. Our products are effective, safe and easy to use. Managing a team of 25 across product design, content design, product management and analytics.Highlights from my first 2 years at Big Health includes- Established product strategy with ICP, user focus, product success metrics and how we win- Expanded our product portfolio through the acquisition of Limbix- Rebuilt our flagship product Sleepio on a new and modern platform driving more engagement and value as well as adding i18n, modernized content and massive upgrade in user experience- Signed new customers ($xM) despite challenging environment for digital health- Shipped a care navigator portal for employer customers addressing all their top feedback- Rebuilt Design and Product Management teams with exceptional people- During my tenure we secured FDA clearance for two of our products and got reimbursement codes approved by CMSBig Health is backed by SoftBank, Octopus Ventures, Index Ventures and other top tier investors.

Over the last few years I've had the privilege to work with founders all over the world on building companies, products and movements. A few examples are Inkitt, Pool, Convex, Mixmax, Dover and OnDeck.

During my time at Carbon Health I led the integration of my company Steady. During the first year we rebuilt the entire diabetes monitoring program on the Carbon Health stack including CGM data ingestion, food & exercise logging, data analysis tooling, and more. In the following months, we doubled the panel of patients compared to when Steady was acquired.Our team also built a Metabolic Health Assessment tool that Primary Care can use to deliver more concrete insights to patients with pre-diabetes. This tool uses a CGM and a self-guided program.I also oversaw the implementation of multiple cross-program growth initiatives meant to drive patients from Urgent and Primary Care to our specialist care business lines. Lastly, I helped integrate an entirely new care model focused on Mental Health which launched in 2023 and became a fast growing business line.

Steady Health was acquired by Carbon Health in May 2021Steady Health is a tech-enabled modern clinic for personalized and convenient diabetes care available through a monthly membership.We use data and technology to understand our members and help with everything surrounding their diabetes. Book appointments, refill prescriptions and get advice from our team of doctors and nurses through our simple consumer experience.Steady was backed by top investors like Wave Capital, South Park Commons and Social+Capital.

After a few months of recharging I joined SPC to explore my next adventure. During my time I did a deep dive into heat pumps which resulted into a summary of the opportunity in the US. I also spent a lot of time tinkering with continuous glucose monitors which eventually led me to start Steady Health.

Makes it easy for people to read, share and highlight books they love. Built and led a team of 15 engineers, designers, operations, and more. Product had 100k+ MAU and was consistently praised for its quality. Raised Seed + Series A from top firms like Index Ventures & Passion Capital. Readmill was acquired by Dropbox April 2014.

Led a small team of developers and designers within the R&D department building a subscription backend for magazines and a book reader for iPad.

Worked on a series of projects including building SVT Play for iPhone, Swedens first streaming TV app for iOS.

Handling collaborations with labels, audio software companies and parties interested in working with our API.
