Here’s what I’ve learned: cross-functional and autonomous teams are way more effective than anything else. By focusing on enabling the teams to explore value creation, increase speed of learning and ability to adapt, the chances of success increases.🔥 I believe that the business model is the product! It’s essential to understand how we create and deliver value to our customers, in order to be able to capture value for ourselves. Whilst listening to customers is key, we have to know how. Product/market fit needs a different combination of “tricks” than scaling does. In my experience, by focusing on “right action, right time” and continuously adapt to the surroundings, the chance to gain traction is multiplied.📚 I hold a Master’s degree in History of Ideas from University of Oslo, a Candidate degree in Economy from Oslo Met and Entrepreneurship studies from MIT. I'm certified Agile Coach, Agile Facilitator, Lean 6S Greenbelt & Professional Scrum Master, Product Owner and multiple other certifications.
