Multi-SIM tech lead with end-to-end responsibility for the feature on 5 generations of modems. I have had responsibility for direct customer contact, collection of requirements for both chip and software, development, test and verification and customer support in production and after. Multi-SIM is not standardized under 3GPP, and does impact the device.

One of the initiators to, and the CEO for a R&D company with 30+ employees. The team developed both the network side with exchanges and the mobile side of a system to distribution of media over eMBMS on a dedicated mobile network using TDD frequencies and technology.

Senior software architect in GSM, GPRS, EDGE and UMTS mobile systems. Created the architecture for aGPS and MBMS in the protocol stack, and was responsible for the L1/L2 interface during a change of the RF front-end from internal development to an externally obtained.

One of the initiators to, and the CTO for a start-up with 12 employees, when Nokia closed a R&D site in Aalborg. I was part of growing the company to 22 employees in 3 years. Besides the job as CTO, I worked as project manager, but also as software developer on customer projects.

Helped build the Nokia R&D site with 10 people and grow it to 30 in 2 years.My main assignments were the roles of release manager and later error manager on WAP browser for Nokia 7110, 6210 and more. Also worked on the first implementation of DRM in Nokia mobiles.

I was hired direct from university to create the code generator for a CHILL compiler. Part of the work was to support standardization work in ITU on SDL and CHILL.
