Hi, I'm Henrik, the Founder and Chairman of BTS Group; we have 2,000 professionals located in 34 offices in six continents. Our mission is to partner with clients to accelerate change, develop leadership and enhance business results.As the first employee in a cold garage in Stockholm, I founded BTS Group and served as the CEO for 36 years (1986-2022) and led BTS Group through a remarkable growth phase. Following our IPO in 2001, the company’s revenues grew 1,200 percent. Notably, the total return on the BTS Group stock during these 21 years was 3,000 percent, equal to a yearly average return of 18 percent. In 2010, I was honored to receive Sweden’s Entrepreneur of the Year award. Beyond my role at BTS Group, I am an active investor and have invested in several successful and rapidly growing start-ups, including Vanadis Diagnostics (invented DNA tests for Downs syndrome), PBM Services (a chain of mental health clinics), nonstopGym (a chain of affordable, automated gyms across Switzerland), Auctionet (Europe’s leading site for digital auctions), Greater Than (AI for the insurance sector), Jobline (digital job site across Europe), Meadow (Circular & Digital Packaging). Additionally, I am deeply committed to supporting The Sweden-America Foundation's charitable initiatives.Born in Stockholm in 1955, I'm happily married to Anine and a proud father of two daughters. I currently reside in Switzerland, and enjoy immersing myself in literature, staying up-to-date on current affairs and engaging in various sports during my leisure time. Since stepping down as CEO of BTS Group, I have had more time to indulge in my passion for economics, politics, and society as a whole.
