My responsibilities were planning of new projects across the fleet, energy performance system, including awareness training for crew and new buildings within Team Tankers. In connection with energy performance system, we have installed on-line data logging on 20 vessels including data warehouse capabilities and front end visuals using Microsoft "Powerbi". New building project evaluation and shipyard inspection and evaluations.Projects are set up and followed through in close cooperation with stakeholders and senior management.Major projects: Ballast water treatment Engineering and follow-through Inventory of Hazardous Material implementation Ship inspection Evaluation of New building project and yardsTeam Tankers is founded on the old Eitzen-Chemical organization after reconstruction.

Overall responsibility for the Fleet group II vessels within the Torm A/S technical organization in Copenhagen. The Fleet group had 22 tankers/chemical carriers within the MR and SR segment and 2 Panamax bulk carriers.

I was deputy fleet manager and superintendent which covers support to the Fleet Manager and technical support to the remaining superintendents in the fleet group. Furthermore, I was superintendent with responsibilities coving all aspects of being a superintendent i.e. budget, technical assistance, class and flag aspect, and technical inspections. the vessels were Chemical tankers around 40000 TDW.

Responsible for five vessels which was an assigned to me. The daily work included technical support, budget control, dockings, and ad-hoc assignment given by the fleet manager.Furthermore, I was involved in the technical side of the sale and purchase of vessels.

Project Manager (Senior Surveyor) New building product tankers (38 K) for 3 years at GSI shipyard in Guangzhou, P.R. China, Followed by 2½ with exiting ship repairs in the same area.After this posting, I was on Trinidad as Senior Surveyor and deputy to the surveyor in charge.Started as Field surveyor, Copenhagen office 4 year, work responsibility mainly exiting vessel surveys and minor subcontracted new building surveys.

Carried out ISM audits both offices and onboard ships.

Responsible for 5 ro-ro vessels and 3 small domestics ferries.

Worked as a planner in the main production planning office.

Temporary position as Naval Architect in connection with conversition of a domestic ferry.
