After five years as management consultant (McKinsey) and 15 years in various leadership positions for industrial companies (e.g. as CEO for Cale Group, Country Manager Russia for ASSA ABLOY and Group Pricing Director at Husqvarna) I now work as COO at Idun Industries. Idun is an investment company and long-term business development partner for small and medium-sized industrial companies. Since 2021 Idun is registered on the Stockholm Stock Exchange (First North). In my role as COO at Idun I work partly as Investment Director and partly as an active board professional, representing Idun as the chairman of the board in five of our group companies,. A specific feature of Idun is that we conduct basically all the investment related work ourselves, i.e. identifying opportunities, contacting business owners, completing financial analysis, negotiations and due diligence, as well finalizing signing and closing. This hands-on approach is something I really value and appreciate. Furthermore, we are very much active and involved in the continued business development work in the group companies. As a person I am a well-organized and hard-working leader with substantial international experience and excellent analytical and communication skills. Key areas of expertise include pricing, identifying investment opportunities and completing acquisitions, leading international expansion, as well as creating and launching new products and services. After the past few years I may also add significant experience from driving change and value creation from a board position. I truly enjoy what I do and I always strive to further my knowledge and responsibilities.
