- Supported 11 markets (in Europe and North America) in driving a effective and profitable after sales business in-line with the Technical Service strategy - Drove long term strategy and business planning with focus on business growth and sales capability development i.e. facilitated the 11 markets in development of their operational plans- Improved sales capabilities and raised competence levels through creating and delivering trainings such as Service Solution Selling, Portfolio Workshops and TKAM Conferences- Responsible for developing and driving Tetra Pak Technical Service strategy and business planning (CBDP - Cluster Business & Deployment Plan)
