After achieving my education in exercise science in USA and Scandinavia, I have spent the majority of the last decade in South East Asia, initially as a Personal Trainer in Vietnam and since 2010 as a gym owner, fitness professional and educator in Bangkok, Thailand. I am currently working in the region (Asia/Pacific) as a fitness consultant, educator and coach. As a member of the Functional Movement Systems (FMS) team in Asia and Master Trainers for Life Fitness Academy, I am fortunate to work for two of the strongest brands in the fitness industry with education and developing new material. My expertise in the fitness industry is built on a combination of my previous work, studies and athletic experiences, as well as having the privilege to learn from and being surrounded by other great leaders and organizations in both present and past.Other personal credential include: - Ranked #1 CrossFit athlete in Thailand for three consecutive years (2014, 2015, 2016) - Brand ambassador for Under Armour in Thailand.
