I have always been fascinated with foreign cultures, business dynamics and interpersonal relationships. This passion has culminated in an international career that spans more than twenty years, during which I have made significant contributions to leading multinationals, including Colgate-Palmolive and Carlsberg.Beginning at Colgate-Palmolive Nordic in 2001, I held marketing roles of increasing responsibility across the Nordic region, Italy, and the U.S, where I worked as Marketing Manager in Colgate's Global Toothbrush Division in New York. I joined Carlsberg Breweries in 2008 as International Marketing Manager, leading into business development and sales positions. Notably, I played a key role in the global repositioning of the Carlsberg brand and led Carlsberg's exploration of untapped emerging markets. For two years during 2016 - 2018 I led KISO, an international supplier of rubber sealing solutions, to double-digit sales growth in the Nordic and Baltic regions. In 2018 I moved back to the alcohol business and managed the international sales at Purity Vodka - the best tasting vodka in the world! During 2019-2022 I worked at Algol Chemicals, a Finnish family-owned distribution business, as Segment Manager. I was responsible for sales to customers within the road and rubber industries, product portfolio development and supplier relations management.Currently I am holding the position of Product Manager in IMCD's Nordic Pharmaceuticals team, driving the sales of pharmaceutical ingredients, with a focus on the biopharmaceutical as well as agrochemical sectors.I pursued my studies in International Business Administration at Lund University, complementing my education with various university courses over the years. This continuous academic engagement has culminated in a Master of Science degree in Business Administration.I am residing in Vellinge, near Malmö, Sweden, with my girlfriend, four children, and the family dog. Despite a busy professional life, I find time to engage in running, spinning, and savoring the complexities of a finely crafted beer.
