Ledelsesansvar for 16 afdelingschefer og ca. 550 medarbejderResultater* Fik udviklet varehuset til at have kædens bedste indtjeningsgrad og øgede omsætning og indtjening i hele perioden. * Fik skabt en vinderkultur, og en god forståelse hos alle medarbejdere. * Udarbejde vores første trivselsundersøgelse i samarbejde med samarbejdsudvalget. * Var sideløbende en del af aktivitetsudvalget i Handelsstandsforening, og fik en pris for at gøre en særlig indsats for samarbejdet i hele byen.* Ombygning af varehuset* Vi skabte en stræk driftskultur og fokuserede ofte på procesoptimeringer.

Fungerede som Salgschef, som er en stilling, der var målrettet udvikling til Varehuschef. Budget ansvarlig for salg i butikken. Arbejdede primært igennem afdelingscheferne, men udviklede på salgsledergruppen og gennemførte igennem dem en del aktiviteter. Ansvarlig for egenkontrol og kontakt til ISS. Ansvarlig for varehuset i fravær af varehuschefen.

Fuldt P/L ansvar. Ledelsesansvar for 6 afdelingschefer og en organisation på 120 medarbejdere. Resultater:Øgede kontinuerligt salg og indtjening i hele perioden. Fungerede som formand for Cityforeningen øvre gå gade, og var i bestyrelsen i handelstandsforeningen. Arbejdede primært til Salgsplanlægning, store mangement, udvikling af afdelingsledere, samt koordinering med den øvrige detailhandel.

Barselsvikariat som varehuschef. Budgetansvarlig for hele varehuset. Salg, løn, øvrige omkostninger. Ledelsesansvar for 150 medarbejdereFik øget både salget og indtjeningen i perioden. Planlægning af salgsaktiviteter, store mangement, samarbejde med øvrige detailhandel i Viborg, udvikling af afdelingsledere.

Kolonialchef og Stedfortræder, denne stilling var målrettet et videre forløb i Føtex med varehuschef Føtex som målsætning. Budgetansvarlig for salg, løn og driftsomkostninger, og ansvarlig for varehusets drift i varehuschefens fravær

Afdelingschef for Bolig og isenkram afdelingen med ca. 40 medarbejdere. Vi ombyggede varehuset fra A-Z til Bilka. Budgetansvarlig for Salg, driftomkostninger og løn. En del af lederteamet i varehuset.Efterfølgende afdelingschef i Diverse afdelingen med ansvar for rengøring, lys & servietter samt parfume og helsekost.

Blev hentet til Bilka Tilst målrettet opstart af driftsleder stillingen i Bilka. Som indeholdt prisstyring, lønstyring, implementering af spacemanagement, fakturahåndtering. Det hele blev godtkendt og efterfølgende implementeret i organisationen. I den sidste del af min tid i Tilst, fungerede jeg også som Salgsleder. Med ansvar for salg og avisplanlægning

Hus og Have. Ansvarlig i afdelingen for prisstyring, lønstyring, salgsplanlægning og opfølgning på salg og budgetter. Vi åbnede A-Z i Viborg, så vi byggede varehuset op fra bunden.
