Within the last 4 years we have also successfully outsourced Application Development and Application Maintenance & Support to another major Indian supplier (HCL), and all Data Centre Services, including the handover of 40 employees, to the Danish supplier (NNIT).Over the past 3 years I have optimized the Sourcing organization resulting in a reduction from 24 FTE´s to 18 FTE´s, and at the same time a change in focus towards more strategic initiatives has taken place. In this process I have outsourced the operational Contract management to a SaaS/managed service provider (SirionLabs) run out of India.
