Since 2012 I have been working for VIKING LIFE-SAVING EQUIPMENT A/S. I have a wide experience in rules and regulations, development, testing, manufacturing, and service of life saving marine equipment. My main tasks have been product strategy, product development, optimizing of products and manufacturing, product management, product approvals, claims handling and trouble shooting. In this period, the organization developed from a small and innovative company to an innovative department in a big, global group. From my previous jobs I have experience regarding management, project management, planning, change management, quality assurance, Lean and optimization. I’m highly motivated by working in an organization where tasks given are solved properly, knowledge is shared, and the focus is on improving and developing meaningful products and services.My work style is characterized by respectful cooperation and stakeholder involvement.
