I found, that a crucial element for success, was creating a clear balance between empowerment and expectations - they rarely worked independently.I strived to create the best match between citizen and company in placement internships, both in order to provide the citizen with the best opportunity to find his/her way back into employment, but also to find meaningful work that motivated them.
