CEO of Rubedos - leads a team of robotics, computer vision and AI engineers, and coordinates collaboration with external bodies - teams of scientific researchers, mechanical and electrical engineering service suppliers. Started career as software developer one has quickly gained momentum in software engineering domain and collected solid experience to realize what separates prototypes from products. More than 10 years of software development for medical robotic devices, which is more than enough to bump ones head into sharpest corners of C/C++ and C# technologies. Design patterns, error handling, multi-threaded applications, computer graphics, software testing techniques - gaining all this core knowledge enabled to continue career as a Software Architect, to deliver software product designs compliant with medical standards - IEC 62304, ISO 13485. Projects demanded extensive use of modeling languages - UML, SysML and BPMN on MagicDraw tool. Managerial skills have been gained by taking over Project Manager's role in R&D projects, aimed to build robotic prototypes.Rise of mobile robotics and superfast image processing technologies has become main point of interest starting from 2012 and during 5 year span several projects have been driven: Developed Rubedos Reserach platform - an autonomous logistics platform based on ROS with an interesting 8 motor wheel mechanical system. In parallel there was a project to develop Rubedos Computer Vision sensor - a fast image steromatching device based on NVidia GPU technology.
