I am seeking opportunities for working with other jobs / projects, fx within the frames of Good Deed Consulting. I look particularly for pedagogical / e-learning or environmentally related projects within the poorest areas in world.From 2011-2015 I worked with Good Deed Consulting with fx:- Capacity building of UCPH teachers at School of Global Health, development of online and blended learning materials (LMS items, video production, PP with speak) and approaches, managing video conferences (2011-2015).- Production manager and lead teacher of MOOC at coursera: Global Environmental Management (2015). 35 interactive videos with different instructors, peer review assignments.- Project Manager and trainer in BSU - Building Stronger Universities E-learning and PBL (Problem Based Learning) (Danida financed) (2013-2015).- Director of studies for the UCPH Master of Disaster Management Education. Collaboration with Teachers, students and partners, study planning, study board work. (2013-2014).- E-learning consultant on production of website betterthesis.dk for students at UCPH and SDU (2012-2013)- Consultant on UCPH 2016-Capacity Development in e-learning. Development of standards and materials for use in teacher training across UCPH in areas of videoconferences, spicy presentations, course design and online collaboration (2013-2016).- Capacity building in E-learning and Water Supply and Sanitation in BSU - Building Stronger Universities 1 in Zanzibar (Danida financed), presenter at E-learning Africa conference (2011-2013).- Coordinator of sanitation design work package in SUSA – Sustainable Sanitation Project in Ghana. Co-supervision of Ghanaian PhD student (2011-2016).- Team leader and water and sanitation expert in Thematic review of Danish Red Cross supported WASH projects in Malawi and Cambodia (2011).- Producer of 2 e-learning courses on literature search (For DTU) (2011).

At present (2021) I support our Sustainable Water Resource Management Project in India and I am member of the UBU board (all voluntary).I did several voluntary things over the years, fx:- Project Leader, water, sanitation and resilience specialist in three consecutive voluntary projects (Danida/CISU supported) with JGVK and local CBOs in West Bengal, India, on 1) Arsenic in drinking water management 2004-2007, 2) Water, sanitation and hygiene 2007-2013 and 3) Disaster resilience capacity development 2014-2017- Supervision of about 30 students doing field work in UBUs projects in India, Tanzania and Guatemala.- Board member since 1998, work included organisational development and management, Chairman in some periods, Treasurer in some periods, financial systems management, internal auditor.- I was a founding member in 1998 and the first chairman.

I worked in Centre for Online and Blended Learning at Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences (SUND). I supported teachers and departments with e-learning approaches and materials and did various projects. Fx:- Development and management of e-moderator supported Hyflex / Hybrid teaching setup during Corona period (2020-2021).- Pedagogical design of livestreamed lectures (in OBS Studio) for the Capital Region initiative for medicine education (2019-2020).- Development of ABC Curriculum Design Tool for UCPH and Online use, workshops, article (2018-2020)- E-learning Coordinator and UCPH Project Coordinator in the EEIS-HEA, Enhancing Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Sustainability in Higher Education in Africa (Erasmus+ supported) project with Ghana and Tanzania. Training of trainers, capacity development, project management (2018-2021).- Producer of various videos for UCPH courses and MOOCs (2017-2021).- Producer of Laboratory safety interactive videos for all new UCPH students in "wet" studies. Coordination with Dept. of Work Environment and teachers on manuscript writing, quiz development, recordings, production (iSpring), accessibility in Canvas and evaluation (2016-2018).- 7 peer reviewed papers published and several presentations (online and f-2-f) at national and international conferences (2016-2021).- Numerous workshops and presentations for UCPH staff and others on various topics (fx LMS (Canvas and Its Learning), quizzes, video production, peer review, Course design, Zoom/Teams, Screencast) (2015-2021).- Support function for Canvas/Its Learning (called Absalon at UCPH) and all other online and blended learning aspects, fx quiz, peer review, video conference, authoring tools for interactive videos (iSpring, Adobe Presenter, PowerPoint) (2015-2021).- Collaboration with e-learning and other support staff and teachers in small and big projects across faculties (2015-2021).- Colleague Sparring project producing informative materials, videos (2015-2017).

At the same time I worked other places I spent 1/3 of my time managing and teaching courses at DTU Environment, Technical University of Denmark:- Environmental Engineering in Developing Countries. A 5 ECTS course where the students worked in groups with a rural case village in Africa or Asia. They designed technical improvements to the water supply, sanitation and hygiene situation and wrote an application (Danida/CISU format) for how to implement a development project in the village. In 2015 lectures were recorded for use in the course and as OER.- Environmental Management in the Tropics. A 10 ECTS course that covered development projects, identification, design, management, financing, implementation and evaluation within environmental areas of rural and urban water suppli and sanitation and industrial water and wastewater management. Since 2005, in addition to regular DTU students the course was also made available online to students at distance in Latin America, Africa and Asia through video conferencing and flipped classroom approaches. In autumn 2015 the course was redesign to Global Environmental Management and had also a MOOC part of it. After 2015 the course was stopped, but the MOOC is stavailable at coursera.org.

I worked in the water department with project management, tender writing and expressions of interest and a number of projects, fx:- Project co-organiser on development of E-Learning on Written Communication (for Ministry of the Interior), development of pedagogical content for the course. (2009-2010)- Implementation of Review and finalization of health care waste and water projects in Uganda. Review of project documents, three review travels to Uganda (2008-2009)- Project Manager and E-learning specialist in E-learning for Low Carbon Development Energy Planning (World Bank Financed). Produced four 4-hours E-learning courses, game, animated presentation w. speak, video, exercises (2010-2011)- Development of a 4 hours eLearning interactive exercise on the carbonate system (for DTU). 4 hours eLearning Object in Excel (2009)- Senior Consultant on Assessment of storm water basins and Project leader for Renovation of storm water basins (for Egedal Municipality). Physical investigation of 75 basins and implementation of tendering process, supervision for 20 basins (2007-2008).

I worked at Dept. of E&R, Environment and Resources (now DTU Environment). During 1998-2004 within the frames of DUCED I&UA: Danish University Consortium for Environment and Development in Industrial & Urban Areas and 2004-2007 at eCentre. My task and projects were fx:- E-Learning specialist in 3 e-learning capacity development projects at universities: 1) MUCED POPBL (EU ASIA-Link project 2005-2007) with Malaysia, 2) ELAC (EU ALIS project 2003-2007) with Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Mexico and 3) Vo@net (EU ASIA Link 2003-2005) with Thailand and Malaysia. Supervising / training teachers, organised online communication as a learning tool, monitoring, paper writing.- E-learning specialist, implementing E&R E-Learning Action Plan. Training of teachers, development of strategies, LMS (Moodle and Campusnet), e-learning courses (2004-2007)- Capacity building on environment and development at universities Thailand, Malaysia, South Africa and Botswana (financed by the Danish Ministry of Environment). Several instances of assessment, training, workshops etc. (1998-2004).- Water Supply Research Specialist on conference organisation in Ghana (Danida financed) (2007)- Organising two field courses in South Africa and Botswana (2001+2003).- Specialist on Demand Responsive Approaches (DRA) to Water Services Delivery for PEMConsult (Danida Water SPS financed). Capacity building at the Water Resource University, Hanoi, During 7 missions (2001-2004)- Network coordinator for Sustainable Sanitation Network incl. conference in Thailand (1999-2003).- Teaching Environmental Management in the Tropics incl. writing textbook and supervision of numerous field student projects. (1998-2007).- Research on drinking water treatment development (arsenic and fluoride), appropriate water supply and ecological sanitation and innovative teaching and learning methodologies (field work, intercultural group work and eLearning) (1998-2007).

I did mainly one four month project in COWI:- Project Leader and Water Quality Expert in Review of Practical Experiences with Control of Fluoride and Fluorosis (Danida financed). I went to India and Sri Lanka for gathering field experiences, give supervision to a water supply project in Karnataka and to Ethiopia for a presentation at a fluoride and defluoridation conference.

I worked at the Centre for Developing Countries, which belonged to DTU Environment at the Technical University of Denmark. I did fx:- Coordinator and researcher in the Defluoridation Technology Project (Danida ENRECA financed) in Tanzania. We built a research station and laboratory in Arusha, where I conducted research for my PhD, worked with Tanzanian PhD students and held conference and workshops. Project administration and finansial management (1991-1997).- Teaching courses Environmental Engineering in Developing Countries and Water Supply in Developing Countries and supervised students doing one-semestre field work in mostly Tanzania (1991-1997).
