Henrik Challis is an experienced entrepreneur, leader, management consultant and facilitator.Henrik has worked with a number of multinational businesses and was head of the team awarded with the Danish "Management Award" in the category of strategy and business development for a large scale turnaround in Vestas Wind Systems A/S.He is active in Scandinavia, from where he works internationally. And he has experience working in both private and public sector.Henrik co-founded the company YalaYala Consulting & Ventures in the late nineties and took on the responsibility as CEO from 2001. YalaYala delivered numerous innovation initiatives with large corporate clients, developed a portfolio of different start-ups and established an entrepreneurial co-office and incubator in central Copenhagen. YalaYala also supported in the development of incubators for clients, e.g. Sydkraft Innovision (E.on) and Minc in Malmö.In 2004 he was offered to join as co owner of the consulting company PlanB. In 2010 he started as Managing Director. During his time in PlanB the company experienced a growth of almost 800% and supported in numerous change and transformation processes across the private and public sector in Denmark and Sweden. In 2015 the PlanB group was acquired by Mannaz A/S. In 2018 Henrik co-founded the company Emerging (http://www.emerging.earth), a digital firm with consultants operating from Stockholm, Copenhagen, Malmö, Aarhus, Gothenburg and Munich.In 2023 Henrik started as Managing Director of Mannaz Sweden.
