At Deventer Ziekenhuis the main application that is used is HiX (an electronic medical record system). With a team of application managers we helped the users by answering questions, fixing mistakes, enabling (and testing) features and contacting the supplier for extra information, getting bugs fixed or requests for change. A cart for mail delivery for the Reinier de Graaf hospital. I analyzed possibilities for a new cart. Therefore I contacted several companies but I also have spoken to the users.
