A bit about my journey to date...I have 30+ years of professional experience in the hospitality business – both from working in Sweden and abroad. Since 2009 I have worked as a consultant at d2o focusing on helping managers to achieve measurable and lasting operational excellence through smarter forecasting, staff and food planning and execution. In my work, I have the great privilege of interacting with some of the brightest minds in our industry across continents. It is my professional passion to learn different ways of thinking and practices, and discuss, challenge and help resolve complex requirements. This is a tremendous source for inspiration and new ideas that through my systemic perspective can distill ideas and evolve PMI best practices, which in turn will lead to increased profit for our customers.In my previous role as Vice President of Benefits Realization Enablement (BRE) at d2o, I lead d2o’s team of BRE Consultants and Analysts ensuring that our customers got the best support possible to enable them to realize the benefits of productivity management by using PMI.My passion has always been to find better ways of doing things and to optimize performance. As the Vice President of Innovation and R&D at d2o, I used my previous experience into developing even better solutions to existing problems, as well as foreseeing upcoming needs.Now I have the responsibility of suggest and deliver key strategic initiatives, that will allow d2o to grow even further as well as enhance the customers' benefits.When I’m not working, I live with my lovely wife and our two children in tranquil and serene environment outside Norrköping in Sweden. In my spare time, I’ll enjoy watching football (soccer) in various parts of the world as I’m a passionate fan of the greatest game on earth.
