As Nordic Segment Leader for our Large Customer and Large Real Estate segments my role is to maximise customer satisfaction and profitability by:=> Monitoring industry trends and competitors as well as customer experiences, behavior and needs=> Defining the segment vision and continuously develop the value propositions across the Nordic Region=> Co-developing and implementing strategy and service concepts across the Bank’s market areas=> Defining global projects and ensure that new customer insights are used to enhance performance

As the Nordic Head of the Product & Pricing area my role was to build the new unit and drive the development and implement new products and pricing principles. The unit was set up as a cross-functional, cross-border organisation and consisted of some 40 business consultants in five countries. The teams were run by five First Vice Presidents who reported to me.

As the Nordic Head of Loan Capital Markets my task was to integrate the Nordic businesses to maximise profit and customer satisfaction within acquisition finance, real estate finance and corporate loans. The unit consisted of some 70 specialists in four countries and the teams where run by five First Vice Presidents reporting to me.

As the Head of Loan Capital Markets in Sweden my task was to create a new unit that would maximise the Bank’s profit and customer satisfaction within acquisition finance, property finance and corporate loans in Sweden. By 2011, the unit consisted of 17 specialists in three teams that were managed by three Directors reporting to me.

As the Co-Head of the Capital Markets unit in Sweden my role was to further develop our franchise and realize the synergies between our debt- and equity capital markets businesses. The team consisted of 15 specialists of which eight reported to me. The new unit was a pilot initiative and I reported directly to a member of the Executive Board.

As the Head of Debt Capital Markets in Sweden my role was to build the business and unit for the Bank. The team was responsible for origination of syndicated loans, corporate and structured bonds as well as commercial paper towards large business customers in Sweden. By 2003, the team consisted of eight people.
