As a partner and attorney at Plesner, I specialize in banking and finance law, with over 17 years of experience in corporate lending, acquisition and project finance transactions. I mainly advise banks, pension funds, private equity sponsors, debt funds and corporate borrowers on complex cross-border deals, especially in the sectors of M&A, infrastructure, renewable energy and real estate.I also have substantial experience in assisting lenders and borrowers in all stages of special situations debt finance and debt restructurings.My mission is to provide high-quality legal services that meet the needs and expectations of our clients, and to contribute to the development and innovation of the banking and finance industry.
