Focused on business development and innovation powered by the Internet.Henrik co-founded the IT- and internet professional services firm Reaktor in 1995, making him one of the internet pioneers of the Norwegian West Coast. He went on to develop the firm into a professional services company group with more than 110 employees and 40 minority shareholders (partners). The company was sold to Swedish public company Knowit AB in 2010. Following the acquisition, Henrik entered Knowit’s group management team where he was responsible for Knowit’s Norwegian companies and grew these from 250 to 450 employees in 3 years through both acquisitions and considerable organic growth whilst maintaining strong financial results. Before Henrik left Knowit in 2015 he also assumed the position of Executive Vice President for Knowit's Design & Digital division responsible for Knowit’s combined Nordic operations within web, mobile, UX, design and communication.Henrik is passionate about the internet, and one of Scandinavia’s foremost experts on the use of web- and mobile technology within banking and financial services. With over 25 years of experience from the internet business world as an entrepreneur, consultant and advisor, Henrik is often used by investors, managers and boards as a speaker, strategic advisor, trend analyst and business development facilitator. Not afraid of voicing his opinion in a room in which others seem to agree on the opposite, Henrik approaches business challenges with an open and digital mindset and quickly sees opportunity.Henrik is also involved in mentoring entrepreneurs and startups and has invested in and serves on the board of several Norwegian startups.
