Niko-Servodan develops, sell and manufacture intelligent lighting control products (sensors). Niko is a manufacturer of switches and sockets. On January 1st 2013 I started as CTO at Niko in Belgium and from January 2014 I was CEO of Niko-Servodan which is 100% owned by Niko. As a member of the top management team of Niko Group we executed a Bain&Co supported strategy process in 2015. One outcome was a reorganisation of the Group and thus making four CEO’s including my own post redundant. I thus resigned the company on March 11th 2016.• I headed in 2013 the acquisition of Unotech A/S, Køge for Niko-Servodan and supported in 2014 the acquisition of Züblin AG, Zürich for Niko Group• I developed and executed Business Plans including new business development initiatives and a new go-to-market strategy for a key market• Optimized internal processes, roles and responsibilities and increased customer focus, product quality and innovation capability significantly• Restructuring the organisation and hiring of new management team and key employees• Thus growing Niko-Servodan A/S turnover with 43% from 2013 (EBIT = 0%) to 2015 (EBIT ~10%)
