Hi.1.December 2019 I started in a position as Business Controller - with a lot of Factory controlling included - at Kronospan. I'll have approx. ½ year together with the current controller before he retires - a very nice situation giving a unique opportunity to really get into the many tasks. Daily follow up on production key figures, input to actual cost for produced materials and Bill Of Materials will be a part of my responsibilities together with a lager contribution to Month End Closing and an lot of Monthly reporting to local management and to Group Management in Austria. Energy follow up and reporting together with energy tax calculations will also be performed by me.

I work as factory controller in a new position with responsibilities for stock counts and stock value, Bill Of Materials (creation, maintenance and improvements) and different kinds of follow up on production efficiency.

Factory controlling and reporting of Cost Savings, VPC development, Investment calculations of pay back, Follow up on investments, Input to BOM (Bill of material), Production markup calculation, all kind of ad-hoc calculations and reporting. Budget figures for the factory and follow up. SAP super user for factory and BOM part. Part of factory management team. Participation in SAP projects in Rockwool Scandinavia. SAP project groups across the Rockwool Group for alignment of factory and VPC processes. Sharing my Rockwool knowledge to colleagues in other countries (other factories).
