In my work life I've been involved in many projects both as a developer, project manager and administrator. I get my energy from other people and enjoy being involved in complex projects with many elements, where I can use my ability to see the broader perspective. I do my best work in the start-up of new projects or when change is needed. I offer a lot of energy to the projects and organizations that I'm engaged in and I'm eager to make a difference. I focus on the greater picture and make decisions based on my experiences and intuition. I've worked with IT all my professional life, but through my studies, I've moved from a IT-perspective towards an organizational approach towards IT. I put a lot of energy into being updated on the latest theories and practices within change management and IT-governance, which I'm using in my teaching job at CBS.
