This is done by interacting with Key Account Directors, the Supply side of the S&OP process and in close cooperation with a team member and following the monthly S&OP cycle.

- Global blade S&OP capacity planning – partly responsible for LM global blade capacity planning for all plants- Global service S&OP – process design, implementation, management and continuous improvement – now the process runs on a quarterly basis- Deploying, managing and continuously improving the Unplanned Events Tracking process – now running as a global process - Yard capacity management – provide visibility to all LM plants yard capacity and yard limitations - Performance management, follow-up and reporting- Multi-cultural and cross-organizational work experience
