It has some 100,000 customers and handles 5 billion+ messages annually. Growth is particularly strong in the U.S. market, where MessageMedia is adding 1,500+ new customers each month.

I lead a team of 8 engineering managers based in Stockholm and Berlin.Consumer Growth & Loyalty owns the journey from acquisition, through activation and retention to monetization and referrals; We eg. manage Klarna's +90M consumers, the CRM platform, the Vibe loyalty program, Deals, and the Affiliate & Ads business. Part of the management team and board- Responsible for Engineering and Product Management.- Recruited and managed a development team with engineers in Stockholm and France. Started as a feasibility study to investigate how CashGuard could be used to optimize the logistics of cash in a retail store and retail chain.The feasibility study resulted in two new products, CashLogistics a desktop solution to manage the inventory of cash and supply in a single retail store and CashManager a web-based solution to optimize the flow of cash in a retail chain.NorgesGruppen ASA, the largest grocery retail group in Norway, decided to buy the two products in 2004 and I was tasked to implement them.The project started small but grew to a 7-man team distributed in Sweden and Norway. It also grew to include integrations with DnB (Den Norske Bank ASA) and Nokas (Norsk Kontantservices AS).
