Programme officer for Erasmus+. The aim of the programme was to help tackle European socio-economic changes and to support the implementation of the European policy agenda for growth, jobs, equity and social inclusion through providing funding for mobility of individuals from education institutions and civil society to undertake a learning or professional experience in another country. I administrated, educated, monitored, evaluated and guided organisations to hopefully succesful projects within the programme. Credential evaluator at Evaluation Department (ENIC-NARIC Sweden). Evaluate and recognize foreign qualifications with the purpose to provide the individual with a general evaluation statement when applying for work at the Swedish employment market or pursuing higher education at a Swedish higher education institution. I investigated foreign teacher's qualification and the evaluations were sent to the partner Swedish National Agency for Education for further decision and issuing of teacher's certificate for the applicants.

Occasional assignments for the client Sportbladet. The purpose was to expose the brand at major sports events, preferably on TV, to create and maintain associations between popular elite sports and Sportbladet.

Implement the educational political reform of teacher certificates with the purpose to increase the status of the teacher profession in Sweden. I investigated, handled cases, made decisions and issued teachers' certification for the applying teachers. I also was editor for the project's intraweb. (The first nine months I was employed by Proffice with tasks such as quality assurance and preparation, investigation and decision suggestion.)

I shifted between the roles of editor, writer and analyst assistant on the basis of needs and desires. Everything was done under tight deadlines. Editor: assessing the relevance, making selection, proofreading, monitoring news alerts and calling customers. Writer: write summaries of newspaper articles, radio or TV spots, and transcribing e.g. interviews with a minister. Analyst assistant: read articles fast and briefly, analyze and quantify the exposure based on specific criteria. Also compile relevant blog posts and write an analytical weekly report.

I watched Norwegian politics - both general and specific topics, followed up projects with Swedish interest, assisted colleagues with information, intelligence and some administrative duties, carried out a number of smaller studies. After having received a specific mission from the ambassador, I had free hands to use the internet and telephone for my research and then write a report, which after the ambassador's investigation were sent home to the ministry as a memorandum. Furthermore I took notes from various meetings, such as with the Oslo-Göteborg group, Invest in Sweden Agency etc. I also planned and coordinated the Oslo visit for the Swedish Parliamentary Committee on Education to then form part of the delegation as the only representative from the embassy.

I carried out my military service as a musician soldier in Swedish Army Drum Corps at Armed Forces Music Centre, P10 in Strängnäs. The objective of the operation was to do public relations and create goodwill through performances in which the mission was to represent the official Sweden both at home and abroad, and thus high demands on the individual soldier were put. By convincing the public of the Armed Forces' ability to provide advanced training of its staff, fundamental legitimacy of the establishment in general was created.
