A great achievement in cooperation with Hudson's Bay and the building partners.

Managing, and building different Shops and Stores in the Netherlands and Belgium in co-operation with, for example Itab, ETOS, Hoogenbosch group, KPN Retail, Barts Retail, BPR, RBM, .... etc.

As projectmanager from Egelie Project Bureau, I was hired by KPN to take care of all the larger and more complicated Maintenance isues with one of the Primafoon (117 stores) and the Business centers in the Netherlands. Also we coordinated and planned renovations and we took care of the organisation building new stores. We were working directly with the retail responsable department. I also supported the proces of the realisation of the new shopconcept ^576, later HI.We helped the big organisation of KPN to give the stores the warm company feeling, we visited the stores directly when ther was a problem and it was our responsbility to fix it. I liked doing that.

Project management, ARBO advice, interior-advice, support account managers, after sales, followup order intake. Customer support from first advice till delivery and realization of the original idea.
