I am a practical philosopher and serial entrepreneur in love with humanity and solving its problems. As we are probably on the same mission somehow, let's work together shall we? I am mostly interested in educational and environmental issues, today and in the future. My core method is two fold : first deep reflection upon a problem and then founding or joining an organization to facilitate the solution - which is not a solution unless it regenerates the environment, uplifts people and generates capital and other resources so that they can be re-invested in scaling up and spreading this systematic solution. Here’s some abilities of mine that the past decade of big mistakes and small victories from 4 founded companies and multiple positions at various organizations has taught me : *Vision & Focus. I know how to facilitate the whole team to clarify the shared vision (again and again), find the missing pieces and prioritize the most important things to do - and then how to focus on the tasks at hand. I know how important this is and I’ve felt it in my skin when we’ve missed this point. *Push it to the limit. I’ve learned the noble skill of finding things out, making things happen and that everything is figureoutable - except when it’s not. In order to see this difference we need teams. *Paper work. Once me and my colleges were fooled pretty dirty with an important contract I made. I won't be making that mistake again anytime soon. *Communication & Safety at work… As I fell from a high ladder I had the time to reflect on two crucial things : Communicate even the obvious (like, can you please hold this ladder) and second, the work environment should be safe and fair for everyone. *Sales. Damn, I am good at sales but only if I am 100% percent convinced that the thing I am selling is perfect for the customer. Well, let’s just say that the best is the worst enemy of the good. *HR. & Company Culture. I’ve made many bad hires. And a couple of really good ones. I’m beginning to see the difference. *Governance. Ahh sh*it the governance. Well’ I’ve learnt I can do most of it when need be - and that I shouldn't. *If you are still reading this we should probably just chat right? Call my partner, my coach or my therapist if you want to know my worst shadows (yep, you’d be surprised). You can try to call my enemies but there really are none. Left... Call me. I love coffee. And I'll do my best to make it worthwhile.
