At Finnair, I worked as a Recruitment Consultant and I was involved in the overall process of recruitment, serving our internal and external customers. Tasks included i.a. conducting job analysis, as well as screening, interviewing, evaluation and selection of candidates (in some cases headhunting of potential candidates for more demanding roles was done as well). Also participated in planning and execution of several assessment centers and supported Finnair's recruitment team in all its day-to-day tasks.
