During my internship at Xiberlinc, I held a relevant role in market research, dedicated to uncovering business prospects aligned with the company's patent portfolio. This experience equipped me with essential skills in crafting persuasive pitch decks that effectively conveyed the worth of our new products and services to prospective clients and investors.

I have had the privilege of tutoring undergraduate and AEP (Academic English Program) students in a diverse range of writing genres, encompassing academic essays, creative writing, and technical compositions. My approach involves working closely with each student, understanding their unique challenges, and collaboratively setting goals to enhance their academic performance. I take pride in offering constructive feedback on aspects such as grammar, structural coherence, consistency, and logical flow, ultimately empowering students to excel in their writing endeavors.

An extension project conducted at the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) with the Safety Oversight project (2019) intended to improve the efficiency of risk management in the supervision of the operational safety of the agency through the application of Operational Research methodologies. Within the scope of this research, I played an active role in data collection and supported the development of a robust database. This work involved meticulous data gathering and the systematic organization of critical information, forming the backbone of the project's analytical processes.

During my time at the University of Brasilia (UnB), I had the opportunity to have close contact with many different businesses and the Brazilian entrepreneurial scenario by being a trainee at Ad&m (2019), a business junior enterprise, part of a global movement called Junior Enterprises Global. During this period, it was possible to put much of the content learned in the classroom into practice, encompassing finance (Costing, Pricing, Demand Planning, Valuation), people management, marketing (Competitor analysis, marketing plan, UX tool), and processes (process mapping and redesign). One of the highlights of my time at Ad&m was developing project management skills. I learned to define clear scopes of work and implement agile sprints to monitor progress effectively. The collaborative nature of the role led to the cultivation of strong communication and teamwork skills, as I closely engaged with clients, consultants, and project leaders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
