Management of contracts and technology infrastructure of Companhia Energética de Brasília and its subsidiaries (CEB Geração, CEB Lajeado and CEB Participações).I was the Technology Leader in the implementation of SAP ERP in the CEB Distribution company - from 2014 to 2017I was the Technology Team Leader on the update project of TOTVS ERP RM system in subsidiaries CEB Geração and CEMIG-CEB Consortium - from 2016 to 2017.I was the leader Technology Team on the deployment of the Oracle E-Business Suite ERP at Companhia Energética de Brasília - from 2017 to 2018.

Management of IT Infrastructure and Telecommunication contracts of CEB Distribuição. Leads the teams of Service Desk, Field Telecommunication (WAN and Telephony), Data Center's Support, Printer Center (Departmental Printers and Large Printers).I worked as a Technological Team Leader of the SAP ERP implementation project. I was responsible for the data center infrastructure equipment acquisitions. I also managed the technical definitions of integrations between company's legacy systems and the ERP solution. Managed the deployment of the development, quality and assurance, and production in the ERP´s servers infrastructure.

Elaborated technical specifications for public bidding process related to the acquisition of hardware servers, virtualization softwares, storages, fiber channel switches, firewalls, ERP and HR software solutions. Technical evaluation of Information Technology Solutions and supervising technology contracts of company´s software departament.

Worked on Technical Sales and Service Delivery activities related to the following solutions: Symantec NetBackup Enterprise, NetBackup PureDisk, Symantec EndPoint Protection, Archiving Symantec Enterprise Vault. I also worked on service delivery activities of SonicWall´s Firewalls, IBM Proventia IPS, Transition Networks Media Converter Solutions and Polycom Video Conference Solutions.

Worked on Brasil Telecom’s 3G Mobile Network Charging project for prepaid cell phones named OCS. During this period I help the main engineers to coordinate the third party company that install the infra-structure of the two Sites (ETCE and ETCO). During the deployment phase I was responsible for configuring the Intelligent Network elements, base on OS like IBM AIX, Sun Solaris and Suse Linux. I was responsible for the integration of Alcatel’s MMSC platform with Huawei’s platform and I also made the integration of Huawei’s monitoring system with Brasil Telecom monitoring system named SGF through SNMP protocol.Worked on the deployment of the first Huawei’s IP Call Center in Brazil. This project was deployed in Tellus BPO in Goiânia. During the Hardware Installation I was the responsible engineer who coordinates the third party company that installed the infra-structure of Call Center. During the deployment phase I configured the ACD, the CTI platform and Web servers of the Huawei’s IP Call Center. Moreover, I actively participated in the specification of adaptation problems of the IPCC solution to Brazilian market by making the communication interface of China R&D.Participated of the Huawei’s Resellers IP Call Center trainings in Huawei’s Training Center in Campinas. I also participated of Technical Sales and Solution designs specifications for potential Call Center enterprise clients. I was the responsible engineer who elaborated the IP and Video Call Center solution for a commercial Trial project of the BPO TIVIT in São Paulo. I was the responsible engineer who coordinated the third party company that installed the infra-structure of this Trial. I was the responsible engineer who coordinated the deployment team of the solution. I developed the IVR flow that was used in the operationphase of this project. I participated of the configuration of ACD, CTI platform and the other elements that compose the solution.
