Either leading or collaborating on initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion of LGBTQ+ employees in partnership with Brazil's and Latin America's leadership teams such as:- Develop and implement regional LGBTQ+ inclusion strategy aligned to global goals;- Establish and maintain partnerships with external (local and international) associations and organizations;- Articulate with Public Affairs, HR, Office of Inclusion, Government Affairs, Legal and other areas in matters related internal policies, initiatives and campaigns;- Support Customer Experience strategy by sharing best Inclusion practices with strategic partners, in order to add competitive advantage to the business;- Foster a culture of continuing education for diversity and how we can adopt inclusive behavior to promote authenticity, empowerment and belonging;- Lead and/or facilitate LGBTQ+ Awareness trainings to +1.500 employees;- Promote Internal and external awareness campaigns on relevant dates for the LGBTQ+ community;- Collaborate on the development of our Transgender Inclusion Program;- Leading Evolve - Dow's first LGBTQ+ Employee Development Program;- Speaking at Forums, Universities and other companies on LGBTQ+ issues;

As part of the Global Enterprise Data Management Team:- Provide a range of services to support master data related objects and applications, including design, development and testing;- Lead training on master data systems and applications to +5.000 users globally;- Lead work process/job aids development, maintenance and training;- Acts as an local liaison between IS department and businesses and other functions;- Work with Vendor Project team experts to document the business processes and functionality of the tools used in production;- Support implementation of coding business rules for the Vendor master;- Assist in determining the best strategic processes (manual and system automated) to drive future project work to streamline Dow business processes;- Provide expertise and support to the team on determining data standards that will be used across the enterprise for vendor master globally;

- Provide training and support to team members and end users that require understanding of the business processes and VMD related activities.- Applied D&I (Diversity & Inclusion) training to 280 people (People Leaders, Trainees & Analysts) at Manufacturing Plants and Offices. - Learning LIBRAS (Brazilian sign language) to train Persons with Disabilities on vendor coding activities. We create a training methodology and signs to our technical terms making their learning process easier. Two team members were trained in 2016.Revise and verify standard operating procedures and other documentation for process design/evaluation and training.Identify training opportunities based on data quality reports.Serve as the “go-to” person for matters related to Latin & North American Vendor master data maintenance.Support projects by representing the VMD function to ensure continued alignment between global and local master data teams. Lead data cleansing and harmonization activities and develop effective data cleansing rules in coordination with internal stakeholders.
