I have acted as PM on the project, holding meetings with stakeholders, leading engineers, and proposing automations to increase the company's bottom line. Tech logistics unicorn startup in Brazil.Package stream - Project to increase Loggi's capacity to process packages dynamically on its cross-docking facility. I have worked on the core of this project and implemented the sorting system on Django. Conducted rollout of new features on expedition centers and ensured communication across squads. The project was a success and we were able to withstand the spike on demand during the Black Friday with no major drawbacks. Worked also on most of the rearchitecture to separate the data access layer from the domain using Protocol Buffers. Loss Rate reduction - Led a team of 7 engineers to reduce the loss rate of the company and increase tracking and visibility of parcels on its logistics network. I have structured and presented Loggi's first Design Review to implement and rollout a loss rate reduction project throughout all expedition centers in the country, besides overseeing the project implementation. Reverse logistics - My team also had the responsibility of structuring reverse logistics for the company. I have modeled the data and implemented new backend capabilities, always ensuring cross-squad commmunication. I have migrated models to ElasticSearch, implemented on a Micronaut microsservice for better observability. I also worked on the operational PWA app written in React. Implemented multiple features to increase operational performance besides working to raise the project's test coverage from none to over 85%.
