With more than 20 years of diverse and comprehensive experience in the world of graphic design, web design, UX Design, along with a solid trajectory in cultural production, project and event management, I do my best to be a professional who stands out for my abilities to plan and execute innovative and effective strategies. My expertise is not limited to creation; it extends to strategic planning, project management, problem solving, developing and strengthening new businesses and partnerships, in addition to exceptional service and the cultivation of lasting relationships with customers and partners.I graduated in Graphic Design in 2005 and, shortly after, started my own agency. This entrepreneurial journey led me to an enriching 2-year experience in England, where I was able to expand my knowledge and horizons. Upon returning to Brazil in 2009, I dedicated myself to creating and managing large-scale projects where I worked as Product Owner and Strategic Planner. Some of these projects stands out, like Nerdwear, a clothing and accessories brand aimed at the geek niche; Abacaxi Voador, a pop culture content portal that, for years, engaged thousands of readers; and Level Up Events e Marketing, an agency dedicated to a wide range of clients and projects.Negotiation, development of BTL marketing materials, advertising strategy and live marketing are skills that I master and apply successfully in several projects. I also have significant experience in the design and logistical execution of online projects, from websites and integrations to the creation and management of vibrant communities - experience acquired in 25 years of administration of the largest Star Wars Fan Community in Brazil.As a consultant and speaker, I've been sharing valuable insights about culture and events, contributing to the training and development of professionals in those fields.Furthermore, my skills in leadership, both managing and supervising operational teams has been fundamental to the success of the initiatives I lead.
