• Accounts Payable (Brazil): Responsible for registering, organizing and scheduling all monthly payments of the Brazilian subsidiary (offices in São Paulo, Minas Gerais and Rio de Janeiro), such as salaries, suppliers, service providers and outsourced workers, reimbursable expenses and taxes.• Accounts Receivable (Brazil): Responsible for the entire invoicing process, from the processing of data collection to the issuance, registration and submission of invoices for several customers of the three offices of the Brazilian subsidiary.In addition, I am responsible for issuing and sending for payment all debit notes referring to reimbursable expenses of the employees involved in the projects, whose contract provides for reimbursement by the client.• Reimbursable Expenses: Responsible for the evaluation and registration of all "Expenses" (reimbursements of employees), acting as one of the approvers of this routine, evaluating and processing the payment of all monthly "Expenses".Skills: Emotional intelligence to argue respectfully about the decision by approval/rejection for each employee, attention to details and possible fraud, Organization.• LATAM Supplier Database: Responsible for document collection, verification and registration of all new stakeholders from Brazil, Mexico and Colombia.• Sending Documents: Responsible for organizing and sending documents for accounting control and for several customers and suppliers during the month.• Report to the Headquarters (UK): Responsible for organizing all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable data of the Brazilian subsidiary and including in the Finance ERP the description and detailing of everything that was paid and received during the month, in order to issue the reports for the LATAM managers to analyze and send to the Head Office in England at the end of the month.Skills: Attention to Detail, Control, Management of Sensitive Information
