Extensive experience in the B2B onto Chemical, Energy and Packaging commercial , marketing, business development & Innovation , new business, market development, startups , along my career I have been always pursuing to help companies to achieve their goals , being efficient and open-minded for future challenges .I am very proud of both, professional and educational achievements. Along my professional career, I carried out successful companies and business units startup, being in charge of administration, sales, market development, international logistics, setting of commercial policies, and market relations as well as experience in culture engagement - post-acquisition integration of companies.Apart from leading teams, coordinating projects and interacting with the whole areas of the companies that I have been working, I also enjoying participating in professional associations like ABIQUIM , SIRESP , ABIPLAST , ABIEF and ABRE and had International exposure through participation in the major conventions and trade shows.Talking to people, particular in a diversity environment and different roles ( Customers , Suppliers , Financial Entities , Shareholders , NGOs and End Users ) is one of my favorites tasks. I was lucky for having the chance of boosting relationships in all The Brazilian Regions and visited customers and suppliers in Americas , Europe and China.Part of my concerns is to get always updated. Based on that I have focused in attending several workshops, seminars and congress per year. In order to keeo connected to the University environment, I volunteered to be a Mentor in the Programs ALUMNI-MENTOR INSPER, coaching students of the last year of Business Admnistration and RETRIBUA/POLI USP focused in students with economic limitations .When I am not working, I like to spending time with my family and I enjoy movies, sports, eating in different restaurants and travelling . I have already visited 50 countries and had a great fun in these visits.
