Responsible for the Examination and Assessment Department. Leading the examination, assessment and marking processes for all 4 LSBF Campuses (London, Manchester, Birmingham and Interactive).• Manage a team of 4 Examination Officers.• Make sure the marking process follows the procedures and regulations of each partner (all 4 campuses)• Liaise with all the programme leaders across all programmes. At the moment we have 5 Programme Leaders.• Prepare the presentations for the Internal and External Exam Boards, including all 4 campuses,• Present the recording grade sheets and the students profile to the Boards, all 4 campuses.• Prepare reports to the Registrar and the top Management Team.• Ensure that there is consistency on the marking process across all 4 campuses.• Ensure the students get the grades and the feedbacks as planned.• Create procedures for the team in order to maximize the quality, accuracy and efficiency of the department• Manage the exams sitting process (prepare exams, instructions, ensure invigilators and train them).
