The results generated are: 1. Boosted engineer velocity for Questmobile's Onboarding revamp by leveraging the Profile component's pre-built business rules, back-end logic, and UI variations. 2. Streamlined Annual Profile Review implementation for App and Web, resolving account access issues for App users needing to complete annual review, reducing costs of outdated profiles.• Assisted a senior designer on the modernized web onboarding, analyzing the current design and highlight improvements. Documenting and organizing each opportunity in a design concept. Impacting the conversion rate from 69% to 83% and account funding from 32% to 41%.
